Islam

212. If an unbeliever testifies Oneness of Allah, and the Prophet-hood of Prophet Muhammad, means if he says:” Ash’hadu An La ilaha illallah, Wa Ash’hadu Anna Mohammad Ar-Rasool ullah”, he becomes a Muslim. And just after becoming a Muslim, his body, along with the saliva and the sweat, is Pak. But, at the time of becoming Muslim, if he has any essential Najasat on his body, it should be removed, and should be washed. In fact, as per obligatory precaution, that part should be washed even if the essential Najasat had been removed before becoming Muslim.

213. If before an unbeliever becomes a Muslim, his wet dress touched his body, and if at the time of becoming Muslim that dress is not on his body then that dress is Najis. Even if that dress is on his body, as an obligatory precaution, it should be avoided.

214. If an unbeliever testifies Oneness of Allah, and the Prophet Hood of Prophet Muhammad, and if another person is not sure whether he has embraced Islam sincerely, or not, will be considered Pak. And the same order applies even if it is known that he has not sincerely accepted Islam, but his words or deeds do not betray anything which may be contrary to the confirmation by him of the Oneness of Allah, and of Prophet Muhammad being Prophet of Allah.
