In the Name of Allah The Most Merciful and The Most Compassionate

Almighty Allah states in Holy Qur’an: “And We have not sent thee except as a mercy unto the Worlds.” (Chapter 21, verse 107)

I would like to extend my greetings and gratitude to all the attendees of this great conference by the name of “Doctrine of Ahl al Bayt on Radicalism and Terrorism” which is being held in the Masjid e Tawheed of Oslo. All of you as the representative of those nurtured by this peaceful, affectionate and divine school of thought of Ahl al Bayt (peace be upon Them), by coming together have condemned the terrorist activities around the world and have announced that real Islam, which is acquired from the teachings of Holy Qur’an and traditions of Prophet Mohammad and His Progeny (peace be upon Them), do not have any connection and attachment with the terrorist activities and groups.

Terrorist attacks including the vast number of suicide bombings which are increasing in the world, or murder of the innocent men, women and kids being carried out by a group of terrorists who claim to be Muslims are indeed posing a major threat to the face of true Islam, such incidents should not be overlooked or considered trivial since they are causing the increase of Islamophobia and anti – Islam movements in the world.

Terrorist attacks are a manifestation of the most brutal aspects of violence, ignorance, moral corruption and deterioration of a group of people who know nothing about true Islam.

This is serious matter that the real face of Islam, which is indeed the religion of peace and God’s blessing, is currently being depicted as a corrupted, heartless, violent religion in the world. The terrorists claim Qur’an is the foundation of their cruel actions.

Now, when the real Islam is enlightening the people and informing the world about the reality of this peaceful and great religion, which has its base and origin in knowledge, wisdom and guidance of mankind, the reality of these terrorist elements are becoming more and more clear. With these terrorist and criminal activities they are directly targeting the dignity, chastity and honor of all the Muslims around the world and are damaging the prestige and values of Islam and reputation of Muslims. These ignorant people, or in other word the elements of infidels and enemies of Islam, who lack the basic understanding and maturity, are disrespecting and shaming the community of over one and half billion Muslims, who lived for over fourteen centuries with a rich history of culture and civilization, and also possess the flagship of human dignity.

We as followers of doctrine of Ahl al Bayt (peace be upon Them) vigorously condemn all radical and terrorist activities, which in fact cause a great threat to the whole world and especially to Muslims for their lives and possessions.

During the time of such a great insurrection which has afflicted the Islam and Muslims, it is the duty of every Islamic scholar to cooperate and sympathize with each other so that this situation of corruption and spoiling turns into righteousness and according to the status of Islam and Qur’an. Islamic Scholars should call people towards the global peace, harmony, amity and brotherhood in faith. We should all dedicate ourselves in reinstating the honor and respect of Islam, and in one sentence, Islamic Scholars should rise together to renounce this phenomenon and to prevent its agents from causing further loss.

At the end I would like to thank the organizing committee of this international conference, and would pray to Almighty Allah to bring honor and grandeur to Islamic nation, and hope that you all are entitled to the special favors of Imam Al - Mahdi (May Allah Hasten His Reappearance).
