811. If a person forgets that his body or dress is Najis, and remembers during Namaz, or after completing Namaz, he should offer the prayers again, and if the time has lapsed, he should give its Qadha.

812. If a person has ample time at his disposal, and while offering prayers his body or dress becomes Najis and before he performs any part of the prayer in that state, he realizes that his body or clothes have become Najis, or he finds out that his body or clothes are Najis, and suspects that whether it was Najis from before or got Najis while praying, if washing it, or changing it, or taking it off, does not invalidate the

Namaz, then while praying he should wash his body or clothes, or change his clothes, or if something else is covering the private parts then he should take his clothes off.
But, if while praying, washing the body or clothes, or changing clothes, or taking off the clothes may invalidate his Namaz, or if he takes off his dress and will not have anything to cover his private parts, he should abandon his prayer and should offer his prayers again with Pak body and clothes.

817. If a person sees blood on his body or dress, and is certain that it is not one of the Najis bloods, like, if he is sure that it is the blood of a mosquito, and if after offering the prayers, he learns that it was one of those bloods with which prayers cannot be offered, his prayers are in order.

818. If a person is sure that the blood which is on his body or dress, is a type of Najis blood which is allowed in Namaz, like, the blood from wound or a sore, but comes

to know after having offered his prayers, that it is the blood which makes prayers void, as per obligatory precaution, he should repeat his prayers, and if time has lapsed for that prayer, he should offer its Qadha.

819. If a person forgets that a particular thing is Najis, and his wet body or dress touches that thing, and then he offers prayers forgetfully, recollecting after the prayers, his prayer is in order. In such situation, if his wet body or dress touches a thing about which he forgot that it was Najis and he does Ghusl without first making his body Pak, and then proceeds to pray, both his Ghusl and Namaz will be void.
Similarly, if any part of Wudhu is washed without first making it Pak, and prayers are offered, both Wudhu and the prayers will be void.

820. If a person possesses only one dress, and if his body and dress both are Najis, and if the water in his possession is just enough to make one of them Pak, it is better to make the body Pak, and offer prayers with the Najis dress, and as per precautionary measures, he should also repeat the prayer by following the rulings mentioned for naked people. However, if one thing become Najis by urine, which become Pak by pouring under – Kurr water twice, and the other thing becomes Najis by blood, which becomes Pak by pouring under – Kurr water once, then he should make Pak, the one which became Najis by urine.
