Sweat of an animal which persistently eats Najasat

 

117. As per obligatory precaution sweat (perspiration) of a camel which eats Najasat, and the perspiration of every animal which is habituated to eat Najasat (excretion), is Najis.

118. The sweat of a person who became Mujnib by Haraam act is Pak,

whether that sweat have come out while having sexual intercourse or after that,
whether it is of man or woman,
whether it came out by committing adultery (Zina) or sodomy,    
Whether it came out by having sex with animals or masturbation." Masturbation is an act when a person play with his private part for the intention of pleasure and semen comes out", however, as per obligatory precaution, Namaz (Salaat) should not be offered with that sweat on the body or clothes.

 

119. If a person has sexual intercourse with his wife at a time when it is forbidden, like, in the month of Ramadhan during fasting, as per obligatory precaution one should not offer Namaaz with that sweat on the body or clothes.

120. If a person becomes Mujnib by committing a Haraam act does Tayammum instead of Ghusl because of an excuse, and perspires after performing Tayammum, by the time his excuse is genuine praying with the clothes which has sweat is permissible.

121. If a person becomes Mujnib by Haraam act, and then engages in lawful sexual intercourse, the obligatory precaution for him is that he should not offer prayers with his perspiration on his body or clothes. But if he has lawful sexual intercourse in the first instance, and then commits the Haraam act, in this case praying Namaaz with those same clothes is permissible.
