Removal of Essential Najasat

222. If the body of an animal is stained with an essential Najasat like blood or with something which has become Najis, for example, Najis water, its body becomes Pak when the Najasat disappears. Similarly, the inner parts of the human body, like inner parts of mouth, or nose, for example, the blood which comes out from the gums and disappears inside the mouth, washing it is not required. But if an artificial tooth becomes Najis inside the mouth, as per precautionary measures, it should be washed.

223. If food remains between the teeth, and blood emerges within the mouth, and since one does not know whether the blood has reached that food, it will remain Pak, and if it comes in contact with that blood, as per precautionary measures, it will be considered as Najis.

224. Those parts of the lips and the eyes which overlap when shut, and also a part of which one is not sure whether it is internal or external, as per obligatory precaution, must be washed with water if it becomes Najis.

225. If Najis dust or mud settles on a cloth or carpet or things similar to that, is shaken off thoroughly in a way that Najis dust or mud is no more there, will become Pak.
